Stoked Sweats are broken down into three different classes:
CLIMB: A strength-based class built to make you stronger, more resilient, and to increase your lean muscle.
WAVES: An interval-based class made to make you sweat and burn by incorporating a variety of interval style methods like HIIT, tabata and EMOMs.
RIDE: An aerobic-based class created to help you have more energy so that you can kick ass during your daily life, and train harder and longer when you get to the gym.
