Ever since I was 5 years old, I was always involved in sports. It was when I first started playing football in high school that I grew to love training and the gym. I became fascinated with the potential and adaptability of the human body. It was like a game to me, if you do the work for a period of time you will essentially "level up." What's great about it too is that there will always be room to improve. When I saw how much training has impacted my life positively, not only did I want to help people see what I saw in it, but I truly wanted to help improve the quality of others lives. As I grew older, because I wanted to help others level up, it led me initially to pursue a degree and career in physical therapy. . In my experience on that path, I realized there was a more effective and lasting way to do this. That is why I became a coach in 2016. Coaching has been my passion ever since. It has been and will continue to be the best way for me to help improve the quality of others' lives Training has helped me become the person I am today and I'm excited to continue to help people here at Stoked!
